I replaced the rear brakes on my 96 grand am se

i replaced the rear brakes on my 96 grand am se and now they are locked up and the tires wont move. do they somehow need adjusted or whats the problem?

Check that both emergency brake cables are free and that adjusters are not too tight.

yes you will have to do some adjustings on the brakes so it can unlock...
