most cars do not have a drain plug for the trans fluid. You have to remove the entire trsnmission oil pan.You did not metion if this was a standard or automatic transmission. On standard transmission you will found a plug on the bottom on passenger side which are need to be unscrewed for a draining and screwed back before fill up, and fill up hole would be on driver side approximately on 2/5 from the bottom and could be with rubber plug or metal screwed in plug, and are used for both, fill up and level check.Do not forget to keep the car on even floor when checking or filling transmission. You can use funnel with house attached to it to fill up transmission.
