Hi Adam,
Bring your vehicle to an auto parts or battery store. Ask if they could perform a 'Load Check' on your battery. This not only checks the voltage, but also the amps, as if it were under the load of turning your engine.
It takes a few seconds and the results are pass or fail. Fail means it's time for a new battery. Pass means we need to look elsewhere.
Comment back the results.
Hope you find this to be very helpful

Observe the engine running in the dark to see if there are any spark jumps from the wires or coil, you may have a carbon track.....
SOURCE: 1999 range rover se changed fuel pump, truck still
why you have replaced the Fuel pump? who advised you to do so?
be guided as follow
1. on the Engine Side on the top there is a fuel rail for the injectors. turn the ign. key to the second position (on) and check the valve located on the fuel rail if fuel is coming pressurized and still won't work. then open on of the spark plugs wires and check if spark is there. (Be Careful doing that). if no spark then is there any message comes up on the Dash? if not messages then you can check the Crank Sensor if no current being generated from the ign. coils.

Car not starting or turning over indicates towards multiple possibilities. It can be issue with battery or weak battery. But if battery checks out ok, then it can be starter issue or faulty alternator or problem with low fuel pressure or no spark at spark plugs due to dirty spark plugs or faulty ignition coil or injectors getting cracked or dirty and needs to be cleaned. To confirm the problem, the basic troubleshooting is required.
