I have tried about everything. I have replaced battery when it first started. I took it to shop and they tested all the electrics and everything checked out. When I try to start it it just clicks or the starting motor barely turns it but it doesnt start. It has been on and off for several months now, working and not working. I think it may be the starting motor, solenoid, or maybe fuse. Can anyone help with this issue as not sure whats going on? Recently within the past month, the lights almost do a strobing effect when I drive it and it does start up. The lights stay on but they just go from light to bright to light. I am wondering now if it is an electric problem causing all the issues. I have tried jumping it off way bigger batteries and nothing happens when it wont start and its weird that the car will start sometimes and be fine for several weeks and then right back to not working again.
Sounds to me like a starter issue. when the starter click andd it doesnt come popping out , usually its bad and has seized. as for you problem with the lights , that sounds like corroded grounds not giving a good pathway for the electricity . of course when you accelerate the alternator gives more power making it bright also the vibration is moving the connection around.
When you say starter you mean the strater motor correct? Its just weird because sometimes it starts sometimes it doesnt after like 2 weeks of it working today it just wont start. You can see the motor turn a little bit but not enough to turn motor over and sometimes it just clicks when turnning on the car .
I was wondering if a ground wire or some wire being lose was causing all the problems or if they are seperate issues. I have had the car for 8 years now and never had a problem like this till these past few months. It seems weird that its all happening at once and makes it seem related issues.
i have same problem somebody tolk me take to dealer ship they will know is that true ?

SOURCE: 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited Alternator issues?
have the alternator regulator and diodes tested. sometimes when the regulators fail they allow ac voltage to go to the battery. ac voltage doesn't charge the battery properly (causes it to deep cycle and shortens its life) and causes all sorts of funny problems with the car. also make sure the battery is secured properly, vibration isn't good for them at all.
SOURCE: Battery good, wont turn over, just a click when try to start
it is most likley starter relay or starter.with vehicle in park and e-brake on have someone tap on the starter with hammer while your trying to start.if starter starts to crank then you know the starter is on the way out.if starter does not crank it may already be shot.srarter relay is on fire wall check power + ground.
SOURCE: clicking starter=car not starting
this may be same thing thing as found on volvo 940 you have a large double relay both for fuel pump and allso for starting
SOURCE: clicking starter=car not starting
the battery is located under the rear seat, check battery connections. if connections are tight replace starter.
SOURCE: CAR DOESNT START I BELEIVE ITS AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM
I WOULD GUESS IF YOUR STARER IS KICKING IN AND THE DOESN,T START IT WILL BE YOUR TIMING BELT MAY HAVE JUMPED OR BROKE . IF THE CAR DOES THIS IT SOMETIMES WILL RUN BUT WILL SOUND LIKE IT IS GOING TO FALL APART OTHER TIMES IT JUST WON,T START. YOU CAN PULL A SPARK PLUG AND TEST IT TO SEE IF THERE IS SPARK BY REMOVING AND SLOWLY TURNING IT OVER
