It is more than likely the cam or crank sensor. Do you have spark while cranking? if not check these sensors. Make sure the wires on top of the tank going to the fuel pump are connected and you have a proper ground. On these cars when you turn the key to the run position (just before starting) you should hear the fuel pump running for about 3 seconds Their could be many other reason s for it not starting but you need to start somewhere. Let me know I can give you more things to check if this does not work
Check for cam/ crank position sensor connections as the pins in the connectors are probably corroded or covered with green stuff that is not allowing good contact. Check that you have oil pressure as there is most probably a sensor that will not allow it to spark unless there is pressure.

the fuel injector's are self bleeding, most likely u have a fuel distributor problem.

Check the fuel pump relay. Check for power at fuel pump keep in mind that negative is used inside the tank.

Ethanol really causes problems in cars that sit around. Thanks for us going green huh?It decomposes non-metal parts in the gas system. If the car sits around for something like 6 weeks the gas does go bad.You have to siphon the tank as much as possible. When filling up,add octane boost first then gas.It still may not work though.I did all that for a scooter and it still didn't work.So if you try it,when you add gas, probably only use 4 or 5 gallons,so you don't waste too much money if it doesn't work, and it is enough to mix the octane boost fairly well.Good luck bro'!That's all i have for now.And gas is gas no matter where you buy it.All those additives the companies claim clean this or that is just sales.Since fuel injection came out, companies are required to add a certain amount of detergent to keep injectors clean anyways. And 93 octane is not better than 87 octane enough to pay 20 cents more per gallon.

Are you try scanned the PCM to know if some fault codes are stored there? Are you check injectors? We recommend to de-pressurize your fuel system. Disconnect the power to your fuel pump, by either disconnecting it's power supply, or pulling the fuel pump fuse or relay. Once the fuel pump has no power, crank the engine for a few seconds. The engine might start, but should die a few seconds later. If it continues to idle, then you didn't disconnect your fuel pump.
Once the fuel system is de-pressurized, we can begin to remove various parts from the engine bay to help clear up room. On a typical system, there is a fuel feed, and fuel return. For these types of systems, you would need to disconnect both of the lines, and then disconnect the fuel pressure regulator. The fuel injectors are held in with clips that hold the harness to the injector. Remove these clips, and pop off the wiring harnesses. The fuel rail is held in with a few bolts. Remove these bolts, and then the fuel rail should be loose. Pull the fuel rail out of the intake manifold or cylinder head, and you can now easily remove the fuel injectors.
Couldn't start his but had 40 psi fuel pressure, but even though it
turned over. Are you check crankshaft, this is located crank sensor under the a/c compressor, to the left of the balancer. The camshaft sensor is in the timing cover usually behing the PS (Power Steering) fluid tank. FInally, try jumping or bypassing the fuel pump relay to test if have pressure, if this work, then go to the next device, fuel filter, then next at fuel pressure regulator and this way so on.
