Remove the electric sender and install mechanical oil gauge to check that you have proper oil pressure. Bet ya the main bearings are not fitted correctly or the engine wasn't cleaned during overhaul and now bearings are trashed.
With the oil light coming on and the brake pedal being hard to press I would say that the engine stopped hence no vacuum -no power assist from the booster.- hard brake pedal. The lock uo feeling may come from the engine seizing up while you were still in gear
Probably not the main relay. You either have a bad battery, bad battery connection, bad fuse, or bad ECU. If the lights on the dash don't come on, that's not good. See if your lights work on the car...that should let you know if you are at least getting power. Then check the fuse to the ECU. If everything checks out, you probably have a bad ECU.
Driver's side Stop / Turn : Light green w/ White stripe wire Pass Side Stop / Turn : White w/ Light blue stripe wire
Another option ( for use with the factory trailer circuits ) is to add / replace the factory tow adapter. eTrailer has them, if you are interested. This is the type adapter as Ford p/n: YL3Z-13A576-G. You would need to install the relay and the fuses for the trailer circuits if you do this.

Check behind the dash for loose wiring connections. Check for bulkhead connectors that could have possibly come partially apart. Check for any under dash grounds that are ready to break or have become frayed.
There in only 1 thing i can think of where the white smoke is from it could be anitfreeze if so it would mean a cracked head or a bad head gasket if it gets worse then you have a big problem but if you check the water level and it looks fine then you should be ok for a while
if it was black smoke or a real dark gray then it would be oil
