I install all led on my truck when using the turn signal every thing flash dash,all the front and rear lights with the ep27 led relay.but when I put the stock relay every thing stay solid dash,front corner and rear. is it a ground or bad plug
Bad plug is likely.

Have you tested the left rear signal light / brake light to see if the bulb is burnt out. You should also test the socket to see if there's power going it if the bulb is good.
It may also be your electronic flasher module that could be acting up (located near your steering column and will be labeled)

Sonds like you do have a fuel pump, or fuel pump relay problem, most likely the pump.
