Possibly the sway bar bushings. Over light bumps a noise in the front end? It was a common problem.

Sounds like i have no shocks in front makes clunking noise

The clunking noise is usually from a bad strut. Usually one will go bad before the other. But both will probably need replaced.

'95 Dodge Caravan has a wobble kinda.

How are the tires wearing, could you need an alignment? Is the anti sway bar broken? When I hear that you have a clunking noise while accelerating I want to blame your CV joints, are you sure they are fine?

2003 Dodge Caravan Front end clunk.

Had similar problem with 2003 Dodge GC. Replaced the parts you mention + rack & pinion, then to fix the now noticable whining noise, replaced power steering pump and pulley. Fortunately was under an extended warrentee at 46k miles.
