If you are talking about the brake fluid reservoir, you need to use brake fluid. Not oil.

SOURCE: had oil changed at first service as light was

Okay in your owners manual look up oil service light and it will give you a few steps on how to reset it this has to be done every time you change the oil and most mechanics should know how to do it except wal mart their not certified mechanics. But you can take it to any mechanic or say like a Jiffy Lube or who ever doe's oil changes like these guys and have then help you reset the light but it should tell you in the owners manual.

SOURCE: Wer is the fuse box located in 2011 suzuki swift

well no idea to be honest firstly i would look under the bonnet near the battery for the power distribution box and see whats inside ,if no small fuses then look inside like under the drivers side dash or on the end of the dash when you open the door ,if that failed i then look on the passenger side but if the battery is on the drivers side then the fuse will be that side as well as cable costs money .

Suzuki swift 2011 not start code p1610

not start, so, car cranks, ok and will not start, , RIGHT?
That code is from a real scan tool???????
which engine is there, of the 5 or so?
1.2 L I4 (petrol)
1.3 L M13A I4 (petrol)
1.5 L M15A I4 (petrol)
1.6 L M16A I4 (petrol)
1.3 L I4 (diesel)
in what country is car, (1million posts here and not one ever said that)
and varies by guess what?, COUNTRY.

P1610 (is power train code =p)
i have no books on non USA cars. nor access to them
so not saying COUNTRY , forces me to guess engine and codes.
so i did what you failed to do , i searched on FIXya forum
and found this.
my best guess , would be... as per below. (no real FSM)
I see only 1 , a Reno. wrong car, but my online source shows no usa swift data at all. 2011
P1610 is a resulting DTC from the "LOCK MODE" condition which is set for various NATS malfunctions or an improper key being used. It prevents the car from starting (for some period of time, even if the key issue is rectified). To reset a NATS lock mode, a proper key must be cycled three times again to get the car to start
we only have 2001
