It is likely that you have a head gasket leak, possibly between coolant and oil passages, or maybe a crack in head or block. Get an engine compression check and a coolant leak down test to isolate this.

SOURCE: Big white fan connected or near radiator not working causing my temperature guage to slowly rise while im driving the car. i then switch my air-con on while driving slowly temperature goes down

That's the radiator fan malfunctioning. Check the fan motor itself by conecting direct to battery while disconected from harness. If not OK replace. If OK check the fan switches, These are sensors that turn the fan on when temperature rises. If bad replace.

My radiator capkeeps sludging up.

You need to flush the system. Even though it looks ok and cools it is slugging inside at the crossovers and purking up.

My alternator went bad i drove home,i change it,now i went out and notice my car was givig a slight miss, when i check my oil it was brown in colour, and the tempreture metre show normal

All these symptoms are not connected. Alternators don't affect motor smoothness, or oil condition. Skip the temp, since it was normal.
Brown oil can merely need changing, some oil starts out sorta brown. If it is creamy, that means water is getting in, head gasket problems. That problem will give you a miss. If you are losing water from the radiator, and see water or vapor out the tail pipe, have the motor checked out by a mechanic. A compression test is worthwhile.

Oxygen Sensor Problems

Try putting in an additive in your gas tank that cleans the fuel injectors. if your fuel filter was that dirty, the fuel injectors may be gummed up.

Have a vt ss changed heater valve, radiator, welsh plugs and thermo. car is still loosing water and overheating why?

Get the cooling system pressure tested to locate the leak. The heater core could be leaking (is the carpet wet?), or it could have blown a head gasket (does it blow bubbles in the radiator?).
