Alfred11s: No, you don't have to lift the motor. You do have to remove the right hand engine mounting insulator.
I will give you the procedure for the removal to access the pump:.
1.Drain engine coolant
2. remove right hand engine mounting insulator
3. Remove #2 and # 3 timing belt covers
4. Remove front engine mounting insulator as follows
a. remove hole cover
b. remove the 2 bolts from the mounting
c. remove the nut, the through-bolt and front engine mounting insulator
5. Remove the electric cooling fan
6.Disconnect engine wire remove the bolt and 2 nuts and disconnect the engine wire.
Water pump removal instructions:
1. Disconnect the crank sensor connector from the dipstick tube
2, Remove the dipstick tube and dipstick (only 1 bolt holds it)
3. Disconnect the water temp sensor from harness
4, Remove the two nuts and the # 2 water inlet from the hose.
5.Remove the three bolts which retain the water pump!
CAUTION! try to keep antifreeze off the timing belt. Put rags down and pack them where the coolant would normally spill.
WELL alfred11s: My answer should be a pleasant surprise.
Print it out and carry it out to the car.
If I've done well, maybe you can comment on what you think

How to change 1980 camry water pump without having to disconnect the engine mounts and moving the whole engine. There is little to no room to pull out water pump.

I can't remember exactally for that model - but it is sometimes required that you may have to loosen the mounts and jack up the engine from the underside - It all depends on how much room you have and how much you need - I wouldn't remove it, just jack it up until you have the space you need (If you have to) - Alot of foreign cars offer very little space to work in - Nature of the beast - so no, there's not a "quick-fix", but just use your common sense and remember the water pump isn't too terribly "deep"or "thick" and can ususally be worked into place...even a small space - if you can access the bolts...Common sense #1...Good luck.

Need to replace the oil pump on a 95 park avenue

You shouldn't have to for head gaskets, makes it easier but not necessary.
For oil pan, you may have too. Depending on how much room there is between pan and crossmember and if pan is in tranny. Some cars the oil pan is 1/4" behind tranny but don't think that is the deal on your car.

Does the center bolt within the crankshaft pulley have to be removed to get the pulley off. The fender/ frame seems to be in the way. any tricks. This is for changing the water pump and timing belt on 1995...

yes it does have to come off, you will have to undo the motor mount on that side of the engine and lower the engine a little. use a jack with a board under the enging to lift and lower as needed.
