Radio constant wire problems

i'm installing an after market stero in my van and my line for my radio constant isn't working what can i do to either bypass or remedy the situation?

To bypass a constant just run a wire from the battery to the stereo. You can also run it from the ignition constant. I would recomend a wiring diagram. You can get a manual for almost any repair from autozone or oreillys
