I will assume you have tested the bulbs, if so replace the head light switch, make sure the connector is not melted or burnt, if it is you will need to buy a kit from Dodge and repair the wiring harness.

Quite possibly the switch, Dodge minivans also have a front control module located under the hood, it attaches directly to the underhood fusebox, if a switch doesn't fix it I would look there.

There is a fuse you may have more then one fuse box look under the hood & under the dash. Most of the time Chrysler will just put a number next to the fuses. Go to your owners manual & see what number is your head light fuse. If you still can't find the right fuse take your test light & check both side of each fuse if one side lights up & one side does not replace it with the same size fuse.

These are all different circuits. The brake lights are on a 10amp fuse - the headlights are on a 50amp fuse - and the parking and dash lights are on a 20amp fuse.
Do you have power going into the headlight switch and the brake light switch ?

1995 mote carlo ls headlights come on, but parking lights wont, neither will dash lights? Checked all fuses, but not relays.

If you'vegot headlights, brake lights and blinkers, but no park or tail lights and no dash lights, it's time to replace the headlight switch. Hopethis helps.
