SOURCE: Gear shifter not moving on my 98 Grand Prix
What you need to do is have your linkage checked....on my 98 Grand Am the bolts holding my linkage in place came loose...and one accualy fell out...would not let me shift....I bolted the linkage back down and everything was ok....

It sounds as though your Crankshaft Position Sensor has gone out. They are pretty easy to change. You will have to remove your harmonic balancer/crank pully to get to it, as it is on the inside of the pully. Also, if you have a 3.1 engine, you have a second Crankshaft Position Sensor on the side of the engine closest to your firewall. (it is below the number 1 and 3 spark plug). It could be that one or the one behind the balancer. I would suggest replacing both of them at the same time. As for removeing the harmonic balancer, you should use a puller to do so. When reinstalling it, do not use a hammer or anything to tap it back on, as this can damage the balance and also the crankshaft. You should use a harmonic balancer installer to put it back on. Both the puller and installer can be borrowed from Autozone (with a deposit that will be returned once you return the tools).

you need to go to an alarm installer and have them disarm the alarm. If you try to disarm yourself, you could possibly damage computer configurations.
SOURCE: My car horn randomly goes off while car is off?
The horn works by earthing, normally done by you pressing switch, if the horns wire or the internally creates a contact to earth(chassis) your horn will sound. Take your switch apart on you steering wheel & give it a clean.
Hope this helps, if not, remove wire at horn end, leaves you with no horn but peaceful nights.
Have a nice day.
If it is the horn that keeps going off, pull the horn fuse, that should stop it till you figure the problem. The bcm can ground the control side of horn relay as well as the horn switch. I'm not saying the bcm is faulty, I don't know, at the moment.
