What fuse ? Number an location , lincoln doesn not lable fuse's ,use's number > Fuel pump relay doesn't power fuel pump directly an the fuse does not either .The fuel pump is controlled by the rear electronic module . Your best bet , take it to a qualified repair shop . Unless you know how to trouble shoot automotive electronic control modules . Check out wiring diagram here

So I just got done with the bcm and I guess its the speed sensor. But does that have anything to do with the lights not comming on?

Take a look at below lfor lights control modules on your vehicle

Where is the lighting control module located on 2000 Lincoln LS? My left side tail lights are out. The local dealer troubleshot it to the lighting control module, but want $900.00 to fix it. I would like to remove it and get the part number off of it so I can order it.

Best Answer: The 2000 Lincoln LS does not have a lighting control module, the lighting functions are controlled by several modules that communicate with each other over the SCP network. These modules include the instrument cluster, front electronic module, rear electronic module, daytime running lamp module and the drivers door module. Considering your taillights are out I am assuming that the dealer determined that the REM (rear electronic module) is bad, this module is located in the trunk. Remove the carpet lining on the passenger side of the trunk, the module is bolted inside the quarter panel. Now for the bad part, this module is configured for the vehicle that it's installed into, this means you will not be able to grab one and put it in, the data from the original needs to be uploaded prior to removing the module and then it is downloaded into the replacement module. Other then a Ford or Lincoln dealer I doubt you will be able to find anyone that has the equipment to program the new module, sorry.

99 lincoln cont transmission sensor

The electronic shifter is located on the transmission itself. It is called a shift control module. If you plan to replace the shift control module, it is at least $200 and you have to match EXACTLY for that make, model, year and transmission.

95 lincoln cont. occassional crank fast ,but no start ,intermittent ,later will instantly start as should

I think what you have going on here is a failing electric fuel pump, this is what they do when they are worn out, it is a rotary pump and the rotor sticks due to worn bearings. To confirm this get a can of spray starting fluid from any auto parts store, next time it won't start spray it into the air intake hose to the engine, if it fires right up you have a bad pump. The fuel pump is located inside the fuel tank, remember to also replace the fuel filter when the pump is replaced. Also check the connector to the fuel pump cutoff safety switch for signs of melting, replace the switch and connector as needed, this is caused by a defective fuel pump drawing excessive current.

Where is the thermastat located on a 95 lincoln cont.???

Usually all you have to do to find the Thermostat is follow the top radiator hose back to the engine block and it connects directly to the thermostat housing. Two bolts scrape everything clean, install new part put on gasket and put it back together.

1996 thunderbird 4 6 power brakes and power steering fades in and out while driving"

This may be your problem.

FORD: 1994-96 THUNDERBIRD LINCOLN-MERCURY: 1994-96 COUGAR ISSUE: Steering efforts at low speeds may intermittently increase to the heavier for highway setting on some vehicles. This is due to electrical "noise" from the Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) being picked up by the Electronic Variable Orifice (EVO) module. The EVO module then interprets this as an increase in vehicle speed and reduces the steering assistance to the heavier for highway level.
ACTION: Replace the EVO module with a new module that has improved filtering for electrical noise. Refer to the following Service Procedure for details.
SERVICE PROCEDURE Replace EVO module (F6SZ-3F712-BB). Locations are as follows:
  • On 1994-95 vehicles, the EVO module is located under the package tray in the trunk.
  • On 1996 vehicles, the EVO is located under the heater blower case on the passenger side.
Refer to Section 11-02 of the appropriate year Thunderbird/Cougar Service Manual for additional diagnosis and repair information.

PART NUMBER PART NAME F6SZ-3F712-BB Electronic Variable Orifice Module OTHER APPLICABLE ARTICLES: NONE
WARRANTY STATUS: Eligible Under The Provisions Of Bumper To Bumper Warranty Coverage
OPERATION DESCRIPTION TIME 960402A Replace Electronic Variable Orifice (EVO) Module - 1994-95 Thunderbird/Cougar 0.5 Hr. 960402B Replace Electronic Variable Orifice (EVO) Module - 1996 Thunderbird/Cougar 0.3 Hr.
