You must pull the door panel, remove all screws look hard some are hidden under plastic clips sometimes. Take a door panel tool, about $5.00 at a parts store, and work it around the panel to find the plastic studs that hold the panel on. Once the panel is off first use a multi meter to make sure you are getting power to the switch, next remove the dust shield and check for power to the window motor. I am assuming that all of the other windows work, if not check the fuse first.
If you are not getting power to the switch you have a short some where in front of the switch. If you get power at the switch but not to the window motor, you need a new switch. If you get power to the window motor and it won't work you need a new window motor.
