Research revealed the connectror is in the Fuse Panel (Fuse Box). Driver's side Left Kick Panel.

There is one fuse box in the engine compartment and there is also a fuse box behind the kick panel on the drivers side You need to take off the skuff plates to gain access. Then take off the kick panel (be sure to do it gently as toyota is well known for their plastic clips).

On the driver -side kick panel are the fuses located. Take out the panel,check 7.5 dome,15 amp cigarett lighter and 15amp tail. If it pop off again,you have a short ckt.

There are fuses located in there places. One is under the hood. one is on the drivers side in the kick panel and another on the passenger side in the kick panel. The a/c is on the passenger side.
