Depending on how many miles are on the car, I would bet you have a stuck or failed fuel injector, or multiple injectors that are leaking. Check EBAY, there are usually lots on there for sale used. They are very easy to change.

SOURCE: 1997 sonoma fouling plugs
1) Identify the foweling type
2) "Worn piston rings or valve seals may allow too much oil to leak into the combustion chamber, leading to oil fouling." This could be your case http://www.ngksparkplugs.com/techinfo/spark_plugs/faq/faqfouled.asp?nav=31200&country=US

SOURCE: Truck getting too much gas
Did you check sensors such as crank senors? cam sensor? knock sensor? or mass air flow? Could all be causing it to get to much fuel. Just had same problem on 1997 Chevy Lumina
