Had both air fuel sensors replaced to pass CA smog. OBD2 evap and catalyst monitors say "inc" or "not ready," and vehicle won't pass smog.

Not sure how old the vehicle is, or model, or engine, so I can only give general suggestions. You may need new catyitic converters, or O2 sensors. They sometimes can't be corrected, just replaced.

SMOG TEST OBD-11 NOT READY

Generally speaking, the truck has to be driven at least 100 miles in various driving conditions including highway and city driving and at full operating temp. The mechanics are correct in saying there is nothing they can do to trick the system into thinking this has happened.
If 100 miles did not do it you may have to drive 2 or 3 hundred miles then try the test.
The purpose of the computer being "ready" is having used and tested all of the emission components for problems. Once the vehicle is driven far enough for the computer to use all of the components, and no trouble codes are set, the test is passed.
Even if you normally only drive in the city you still have to log 50 or 60 miles on the highway to satisfy the requirement for the engine computer.

I have been driving vehicle to pass smog. Why won't OBD catalyst and OBD evap program?

Stop adding cataclean this makes the sensors not reset. The sensors need a signal and the cataclean blocks the signal. Try this stop using it and drive car for about 100 miles and see what happens

Evap and catalyst not ready smog reject

Sometimes this is because the thermostat is not warming up the engine - and sometimes it is because the battery was disconnected or the computer has lost memory and has not been driven enough to relearn yet.
A local garage that deals with smog tests in your area should be able to advise.

Trying to get my 1997 honda civic smogged. Replaced the knock sensor about 800 miles ago. No check engine light is on. When I try to smog it i have three things not ready - the catalyst, the evap, and...

As a rule it takes about 50 miles for the computer to finish it's readiness tests. Some take longer so I would drive it about 75 miles and then check.

OBD II Test Shows a Malfunction in the MAFs (Massive Air Flow) S

The O2 sensor located on the exhaust system must be checked.
Sensor and wiring must be tested using a multimeter.

Same thing for the MAF sensor located on air intake.
