Easy thing to try first is new bulb on one side ,although not likely it's posible that both hi beams can burn out , asside from that i doubt it's a fuse if reg lights work fine , then your left with switch on turn signal knob and thats gonna require some steering colum dissasembly that they purposly for anti theft reasons make very difficult to gain access to light switch

the fliter is rite before the rear driver wheel. u will need a disconnecting tool to remove the line from the filter. ten min job the most. make sure to have a old rag to catch the run away fuel or just remove the fuel pump relay, crank the van and let it run until it dies then removr the lines.make sure to put the new filter on the rite way

SOURCE: How to replace high/low beam switch on 2004 Ford Focus LX?

Should be fairly easy. Make sure to disconnect the positive battery cable. Remove the cover from around the column behind the steering wheel. Should take a star driver to remove the screws holding the cover together. Once the screws are removed pop the cover apart and you will see the multifunction switch on the column, should have two to three screws holding it to the column remove the screws and it should come out pretty easy replace with new one and put back together.

I have 97 Ford e350 van last weekdashlightsstopped working changed fuses checked light switch has power no dash lights though and high beam indicater now is on when highs off and nothing when high on

You need to check the blue wire w/red trace at the light switch. Also at the dimmer. Those vechs. Had history of the dimmer having issues. If thats where the problem is it can be bypAssed.

Where is the placemnt in the fusebox for the fuse for high beam lights on a ford e-350 for van

usually the headlights have a relay in a fuse box under the hood. is it just the high beams that don't work. have you tried a new bulb. sometimes they look ok but do not work. also do you hear the switch click when turning them on and is there an indicator coming on in the instrument cluster? good luck
