Buy the new wiper blades, on the package will be the instructions. Depending on which manufacture made your wipers. It will probably be one of the two designs. The first will be a little spring lever that needs to be pushed to release the lock, then to slide the wiper out. The other is easier, it will have two little tabs that hold the blade onto the wiper arm and require the wiper to be moved 90deg. to be able to then pull the wiper off the arm. Good luck. you dont need remove the fan or the fan shrow you can put the belt on by looping the belt partially on a fan blade and then turnning the fan blade kinda like a bicycle chain and if it is the power steering belt there is a guard over the top of the pulley just remove the 2 10 milimeter bolts and it will come right off
