SOURCE: Chevy silverado keeps blowing fuses

sounds like a mouse has got in and chewed the cables, their is no easy fix from what i can think of but check all the wires and connections in case water has got into it,or snow if your in alaska.its fifteen years old now so its possible that some insulation has broken down or a wiring loom has chaffed somewhere underneath

SOURCE: 1994 nissan pathfinder....no fuel from

Gave you a picture below of part of the wiring diagram to the fuse panel and it has the wire colors as well. I could only give you that much because I can't post any pictures to large (size wise in computer size) so thats the best i could do for right now. It does look as if there may be a fuseable link in 2 places maybe more but i just took a quick look. If you need anymore digrams you can email me at csautomotivecars@att.net with detailed info so I can send you the correct stuff. I doubt it's the ignition switch myself. i think you are looking at a wiring problem and i've only been doing this or 25+ years. Bet your kicking yourself for spending the money on the ECU. Sorry had to throw that in. Anyway i hope this helps you and good luck and feel free to write if needed.

SOURCE: 2003 nissan pathfinder blows tail lamp fuse

you got a wiring issue that keeps shorting out fuses find that and that should take care of everything else

Testimonial: "It was a wiring issue with the trailer light's control module located behind the driver's rear tire. Somehow, it went bad, and was causing all the problems. I bypassed it and problem solved. Funny, Ive had the Nissan for 9 years and never even used the hitch or light plug and it ended up causing me 2 days of chaos!"

Why does my 1994 Nissan Pathfinders fuseable link keep blowing?

A fuseable link is a an "inline fuse" that works the same as a traditional fuse. When an excessive amount of current (amps) is detected, it opens to prevent fire or overheating of the wire.

It may be due to chafed insulation on the wire that when contacting body, frame or other grounded metal - causes a brief short circuit - and blows the link. Replacing it is the easy part - finding the cause can be labor intensive.

Good luck!

How do you fix theparking lights on 1994 nissan pathfinder

You first have to find out why they are not working? Check bilbs first and then bulb sockets for rust/corrosion, install bulbs with socket end coated with dielectric grease. If the bulbs are okay check for current at the socket contacts. Check for a good ground also. ALSO check the lighting fuse. If not any of these you need to start tracing wiring an switching to laocfate the problem.
