The rear oxygen 02 sensor, is bad, or the wires burn off .
the heater is dead in the sensor
more accuratly the ECM, can measure the normal 4amp
heater current , it sees no current or is way out of spec.
if the wires look good , it needs a new sensor.
this rear sensor does not control engine fuel mix like the front
it only is used to test the Cataylis converter performance.

Is there an illuminated check engine light on the dash? That sounds like a failing TPS (throttle position sensor). Unless you have low fuel pressure! When (if ever) have you replaced the fuel pump and/or fuel filter? Are you running the correct type of fuel in the engine? If you have slow or sticky fuel injectors, a can of Seafoam might help!

You should have 4 O2 sensors and it sounds to me like the wrong one was replaced. Bank 1 Sensor 2.

Engine light on code po141 came up at auto zone now light is off is it an emergency situation that needs to be fixed immediately

Code P0141 indicates a problem with the heater circuit on the oxygen sensor after the catalytic converter. If this is a V6 it would be the sensor on bank #1. I would not consider this an emergency situation.

Po141 --- 2005 honda accord coupe with 86,000 miles --- recently had frond-end collision; check engine light indicating o2 sensor fault & pending, bank 1 sensor 2. Would this be / could this be...

It is not the necessarily the sensor but the relay that controls it. Check the relays it could have been shaken free in the bump. Pushing the relay in and out of its socket could refresh the contact and solve the warning code. To clear the code disconnect the negative battery terminal for a few minutes.
