Why is my 2001 Jeep Wrangler stalling when I slow down or stop at a light/stop sign?

check that the brake booster is not leaking vacuum when you have your foot on the brakes and upsetting the air /fuel mixture at idle. When coming to a stop use the hand brake to stop the car and if it keeps idling ok then it will be the booster.

They don't have a choke. They have a mass air flow sensor. The mass air flow sensor is between the air filter and the air intake on the engine. There is an electrical plug on the sensor. You can unplug it and sometimes the engine will start. It works just about like a choke. You can completely remove it for testing only. But if you take it out then the car will start if that is the problem.

Keeps on stahling

First, you need to go back to school and learn how to spell. After that, you shouldn't have any trouble forming a complete sentence with coherent thoughts to communicate a clear message. That should solve your 'stahling' trouble as well.

The car is programmed to idle a little faster when the AC is on.  Not knowing exactly what has been replaced, at first blush, sounds like the TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) needs replacement.  This regulates the idle speeds (when cold, warm, AC on).  Unfortunately, there's no adjustment to be made on the TPS.  Sounds like you ned to find a new mechanic (preferably ASE qualified).  Best of luck to you Sylvia.
