run a pressure test on the fuel manifold as it tests the fuel pump/ filter and pressure regulator which may be the problem as there is not enough fuel for the injectors.

depending if it has a electronic choke or a secondary air injection unit, this will be faulty.
it will run if you can keep it running until the engine warms up.

have you put a fuel pressure gauge on it if so how many ponds of pressure does it have also if this is a distributerless car turn engine with a socket see if there is slack in rotation if you turn counter clockwise 1/4 turn stop and turn clockwise if so you more than likely have a stretched timing chain or jumped time

sounds like the security system is malfunctioning. When you turn the key on does the security light stay on steady or flash? If flashing leave the key on for about fifteen minutes till it stays on steady. the engine should then start. if it does not go steady, likely you need to replace the ignition key switch assembly.

Truck will not stay running without giving gas after a jump off

when the battery goes dead it looses its memory on engine settings like idle speed.. two things you can do first one is to clean the throttle bore with carb cleaner... the other is to start with foot on gas and slowly bring it back to idle... it will pick up the idle air position to keep itself running if you do it slowly... everything happens over time so as the throttle gets dirty the computer makes these adjustment on its own and when the battery dies it starts out basicly at different percentage of idle control tht it really needs because of the carbon buildup on the throttle plates
