Front drivers wiper not working

I have the same problem. When I removed the drivers side wiper arm, I found that the nut that held the arm in place was only finger tight, which allowed the arm to raise slightly off the splined shaft. This caused the shaft to strip the splines out of the wiper arm.. after inspecting and cleaning the shaft, it appears that the splines on the shaft are still in decent shape. You may need to only replace the wiper arm. About $50 at a few online toyota parts sellers. replacing it is simple and requires only a flat blade screwdriver to remove the black cap off the nut, and a wrench to remove and replace the nut. simply remove the nut, and pop off the wiper arm. push the new arm onto the splined shaft pointing the same place as the passenger side wiper, then tighten the nut down. I would also suggest wiping the metal shavings off the splined shaft with some sort of abrasive pad, like scotchbrite, before putting the new wiper arm back on. I hope this helps.

How to remove rear hub on a 2002 Chrysler town and country van with rear disc brakes and its front wheel drive

I have done this for similar models. I did not remove the hub. Once you have the broken stud out, just rotate the hub to find a spot where you can insert the stud from behind the hub, (carefully so you dont damage the threads and/or splines) making sure the splines from the stud line up with the splines in the hub. When I got it in snug, I still had to fill up the stud with flat washers until there is only about 3/4 of an inch of stud showing and install the nut (backwards ... flat side of nut to the washers!!) onto the stud. Then tighten down the nut until the stud is completely seated in the hole, no gap at the back between the stud end and the hub. Remove nut and washers.

Wear is transfer case oil check dip stick on toyota rav4,1995

Look in your owners manual. If you don't have one you can download it from toyota by registering with them as an owner. If you don't want to do that, go to the parts store and buy a Chiltons manual for your car or just ask the guy behind the counter and he could probably point it out to you.

How do i change 2004 toyota tundra rear end drive shaft

1st, with th E brake on and the wheels chocked. Remove the 4 bolts that connect the shaft to the
rear end flange and pull(or pry if required)away from the rear end. Next pull the shaft back toward the rear off of the front spline. You may have to remove the seal from the from the front of the shaft
at the spline to pull the shaft all the way off. Somtimes the grease on the spline creates a vacum
that makes it tough to remove. When you install the shaft there are marks or notch's on the shaft
and rear end flanges to line up as well as the spline+yoke. But an old rule of thumb is make sure
that the U joints are all in line, so if one shaft is at 12:00 ( I ) the other must be at 12:00 also.
Once the shafts are lined up, line up the marks on the flanges and bolt it up.
Hope this helps.
