Antenna Sheared Off

My fixed radio antenna was sheared off by our local Car Wash outlet and i can't get the screw mount out out to do a replacement. I've even tried a screw extractor with no luck - is there an antenna that will just fit over the old mount and make enough contact to get a signal or do I need to replace the whole darn mount?
