One pin i the fusebox is broken. So my electric windows aren't working at all.
I thought it is more easy to just find the "in" and "out" of the fusebox.
And rewire it outside with a fuse between the "in" and "out" rather than
open up the box (it looks like alot of work)
Im open for suggestions.
excuse me if my grammars are a bit off. Im from norway.
The "in" side of the fuse box will be any one of the heavy (large) red wires going in to the fuse center. The "out" side going to the window switch should be a large pink wire. You may want to do a continuity test from the fuse box to the window switch to make sure you have the correct pink wire.
Attached you will find the window diagram.
Good luck, let me know.
Regards,
There are so many wires going into and out of box, it is far easier to remove it and tie into wires once you can identify them. Use at least the same gauge wire...windows have a pretty good draw and will burn lighter wiring. make sure you don't pinch any wires when putting it back together.
