SOURCE: how to fill transmission fluid in a 2006 pontiac G6 Gt

There should be a screw on the front of the trani near the coolant lines. With the engine off you unscrew the filler cap. That's on top of the trani on the driver's side. It has a little gear in fluid symbol on it. Then you take out the screw on the front and fill until fluid comes through the hole left by the screw. Remember to use Dex VI.

SOURCE: engine light 2006 pontiac g6(reset)

first be sure that its the engine light and not the "service" light. the service light will usually illuminate if its time for an oil change. if its the service light ur owners manual should tell u how to reset it. if its ur engine light then try disconnecting ur positive battery cable for 1 minute. that should reset ur ecm and get rid of the engine light. if the engine light comes back on then have a diagnostic scan done to determine whats causing it. SOURCE: 2006 Pontiac G6 GTP window auto close/open

OMG. I replaced the battery in my 06 G6 and had the same problem. the windows would not roll up or down how they did before. I read the answers on here and it does work. Hold up the window switch for ten seconds and it resets. You will have to do it to each window. Worked great. Thanks

No heat from the heater in my 2006 Pontiac montana

The number one cause of this if you have verified the heater hoses are getting hot to the heater core is that the Air temperature Control blend door is jammed or the motor that moves it is defective or in most cases both are the problem. These parts are located deep inside the dash assembly which must be removed to service them.

2009 Pontiac G6 heater is blowing cold air, what should be checked?

If your coolant level is good, check the resistors, the blend door, the actuator (if you hear a popping/knocking sound). Are your windows fogging while you try to operate it? Check your heater core

My 2007 Pontiac g6 blows cold air in heat mode. Coolant level is okay

Possible blend door motor inoperative or restricted heater core. Once engine is at operating temperature feel the two hoses going into the heater core. They should be close to the same temperature. If one is hot and one is warm/cold, the heater core is restricted. If both close to the same temp suspect an inoperative blend door motor that controls airflow/heat inside the car

It's located on the left side of the HVAC case under the dash, about halfway up the case. On the drivers side, close to the side of the center console.

Last week I ran the air conditioning unit in my 2006 Pontiac Torrent, when I got home the weather had turned cold so I put it back on the heat, however, the heater does not work now, all it does is blow...

Hello first of all

Your blend door motor / acuator is bad its basiclly a door that opens and closes when you flip your
heat to ac dial to either allow the hot air through the vents or cold air.

That being said on some suv and cars and trucks you can replace the motor that controlls this blend door can be changed without removing the dash and some you haveto remove the dash.

The blend door is located right by the heater core in the dash but sometimes the motor that controlls the door blend door is accsesable without dash removal and sometimes it is. I posted a picture below of what part is bad i hope it helps you.

If it helps please leave me 4 thumbs up thanks
