Adv trAc warning light cAme on now I cAnt shut the adv trac off

If your warning light is lit, the system is disabled. The light will stay active until the problem is repaired. Most likely you have a wheel speed sensor that is not reading correctly throwing your trac system off.

My 2005 Ford Escape XLT stared reving the engine really high usually at a stop. Now the rpm's will go really low at a stop but when pushing the gas the engine revs really high and takes a bit to go back...

ever do the 60k mile tune up, yet (aka: tuneups?)
clean the EGR first, most cars with EGR need 50k service,
if it stick open motor will stall .
idle controls are complex on newer cars with fly by wire.
if not fly by wire, clean the ISC .
possible #3 is induction air leaks (aka vacuum leaks)
Is the CEL lamp glowing? running?
if yes, the ECU is trying its best to tell you what is wrong.
listen to it, that is called a scan tool (cheap as $7)

Car won't pull back speed when foot off accelerator

Very possibly a vacuum issue. Maybe a line that needs vacuum for the trans is on an inlet that effects the throttle. Not sure how old your vehicle is.

RPM INCREASES, GAS PEDAL HARD TO PUSH,LOSE ALITTLE POWER ON INCLINE ENGINE LIGHT STAYS ON THEN RESETS AND CLEARS.

i think this vehicle uses a fly by wire throttle operation unit asnd this is whats sticking and causing the light to come on and the fluctuation in RPM ,ask a local mechanic to have a look for you to confirm my diagnosis

Car accelerates without my pressing the gas

.the control sensor throttle ,look on the opposite side to the cable and a little box thingy with a wiring connection ,unless its a later vehicle then this will use a fly by wire. But i do fell this type of fault is beyond the average weekend mechanic and i would advise you to visit a dealer
