My 1997 Pontiac bonnievlle keeps pumping transmissin fluid into the engine oil, how can that happen?

I know of no way the transmission can pump fluid into the crankcase. A bad radiator can allow coolant into the oil and vise versa, but only if it has an engine oil cooler in the radiator. A bad vacuum modulator on the transmission can let trans fluid into the intake manifold, but that would get burned and go out the tailpipe in the form of very white smoke.

After car is warm it rev's high like it is not shifting in to next gear is that a transmission issue

Could be a vaccum leak or Intake manifold leak. If you spray brake clean around the intake manifold and the idle returns to normal you have found the leak. Do not use water as this could hydrolock the engine causing further damage.

Transmission and idle

the first it sounds like a clogged fuel filter or a vacuum leak or a leak at the intake manifold gasket and the idle speed control is incorrect.
the transmission it maybe low on fluid or need a tranny service: new fluid and filter

Trainsmission fluid lost

If the transmission has a vacuum modulator, could have a ruptured diaphram and fluid has been drawn into the intake manifold and burned in the cylinders, or as my Buick did, a break could have occured in the transmission cooling line and fluid left the vehicle in this manner.
