Sounds like the fan is not working. Does it blow air on any setting? If only on high, your resistor is faulty. If not, the motor, switch or fuse/relay may be at fault. Check these out first!!

Check fuse, if ok, replace the fan.

SOURCE: 2004 kia spectra has blowing air but know heat.

Heat and air conditioning are in separate systems. If you aren't getting heat, the first step is to check your coolant level. Low coolant can result in improper flow through the heater core. If you do have low coolant, be on the lookout for a coolant leak! If your coolant isn't low, then there is going to be an issue with circulation through the heater core. The heater core could be clogged in some way or another.1

On my 2004 Kia Spectra, the heater blows cold air. Why is that?

The most likely reason is this

but it could also be inoperative blend door actuators. These are servo operated doors that send air from the right source (heat, fresh air or chilled air) to the vents. Sometimes the motors fail, sometimes the doors stick.

I have a 2007 kia spectra. My heater or ac will not blow air, I can feel heat, but it will not blow air

Check the fan in the vent system. It could be broken or could have something stuck inside stopping the fan from turning.

The air conditioner is not blowing any air at all on any setting. A/c, heat, defrost etc..

check fuse and relays, if its good, have blower motor check, if the motor is good, check the fan speed switch itself
