How many miles? What year? Have you check the air and fuel filters? Have you changed plugs? The rest of the tests would be: Check fuel pump pressure and volume, check compression, check timing and advance, check catalytic converter.

98 Saturn RUNS GREAT BUT SOMETIMES WHEN I STOP AT A RED LIGHT OR USE MY FLASHERS & WINDOW WIPERS I LOSE POWER. MY RADIO WILL LOSE POWER I HAVE 2 ACCELERATE 2 GET MY POWER BACK. WHAT CAN I DO 2 FIX IT?

Sounds like you have a short to ground and bad component like a wiper motor drawing too many amps, dirty/loose grounds or power connections at the battery or simply a failed battery or alternator

Why is the vehicle loosing power when driving?

There can be lots of reason for vehicle loosing power , from as minor as malfunctioning of a small relay to malfunctioning of injector. The best and quickest way to check is by using a scanner or Special digital diagnostic tool. In case you don't have tools with you than you might need to consult a technician or a service guy.
In case you want me comment more specifically than you have to explain the whole process of power loss for eg. during acceleration , in which gear , at which speed. etc.

Ingine turn off when i accelerate and when i try to raff it loose power

Start by replacing the fuel filter, if this is no help then perhaps look at the fuel pump. The fuel pump is in the fuel tank and not an easy job for a novice.

You are a front wheel drive all traction is in the front, either you are overeving which is a transmission slip,if you say you loose power when accelerating you are describing a plug air filter and even a plug catalytic

My car loses gas power but stays running, no acceleration, but full power lights, radio, locks, windows....

THIS IS A NEW CAR. LET THE WARRANTY FIX IT. BUT CHECK THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL POSITION SENSOR.ITS PART OF ACCELERATOR PEDAL ASSEMBLY.MAKE SURE ITS NOT LOOSE OR MISSING NUTS.ALSO MAKE THE ELECTRICAL WIRE IS STILL INTACT.
