Question about 2001 Saturn SL
You have to jack up the right side of the vehicle, remove the right tire and the wheel well covering in order to gain easier access to the right side of your engine compartment in order to change the serpentine belt. I have changed the serpentine belt on my 2002 SC-1 Saturn without doing this, but you have to be very patient because there is only about 2 inches of clearance to work. A long handled box wrench works for me on the tensioner bolt when removing the belt.

Tensioner is attached with 2 10mm bolts at block.place jack under oil pan, remove upper engine mount, jack engine up slightly to gain access to tensioner.it's easier if you remove the pulley bolt & pulley first then the 2 10mm bolts.

It might be best to remove the power steering pump and bracket, then pry engine away from passenger side. That should give you enough room.

a flat bar or screwdriver can be put across 2 bolts for leverage or wrap belt around pulley and pull tight for tension on pulley while loosening bolts

only the outside pulley needs to coime off not the cam belt sprocket ,from the sound of it ?? i feel you should entrust this job to the local garage because if you make a mistake you will crunch the valves into the pistons
