You have a short draining the battery over long periods of time. There are a few devices which have full time power. The rest of the car should shut off when you have all the switches turned off.

This means that the wires going to the Positive side should not make contact with the Negative side. If you were to put an Ohmmeter on it after disconnecting the battery and properly connecting the leads; you would test to find any connected circuit. The connected circuits would be the shorted circuits. Only a few like the clock and the antitheft are always on/

Testimonial: "battery dosent drain no fuel both fuel pumps and fuel regulator replaced will start and run if gas p[ut in air intake"

If this is throttle body injected carb, sounds like it is missing the command for the injectors to open. The fuel injectors should be spraying. There is a "cold start" sequence which sets the fuel to rich and is cued by the water temperature sensor. Also check your TPS switch for providing enough initial throttle.

Throttle body makes a noise and wont start and runs battery flat disconect battery reconect then it starts

Choke is probably electronic and is sticking open... or has a flat spot.. you could try a bit of wd 40 on it.... it should be in the throttle body... another way is to soak the throttle body in carb cleaner over night to break up deposits... either way make sure to leave it air dry before trying to start.. both products are flammable

Im having problems with my electrical in my 1988 vw fox when i turn my lights on it my car dies and its killing my battery when its not running

is your alternator ok.
secondly, to test if there's a drain on the circuit somewhere, switch everything off,
disconect one battery terminal and touch the wire slightly to the terminal. if there's a spark,
then something is draining your battery. (its usually ok for a smallish spark and usually only once)

to test if alternator is ok, rev the car at night with your high beams on. it should be different from
what it looks like when you start it.

hope this helps.

Will the car stay running if the batterie is disconected

It should stay running. If your alternator is bad it may not stay running but in all cases it should stay running.

Dead Battery

it could be the alternator. Still could be battery too... Get the vehicle running and disconect the posative cable from the battery. This takes the battery out of the system and allows the vehicle to run just from the alternator. The battery is really only used to protect from surges as idle increases and to start the engine. So if you disconect it and it stays running then chances are your battery is developing a bad cell in it and will need to be replaced.
