If your Trailblazer has the 4.2 ltr,the upstream o2 sensor is in the exhaust manifold on the passenger side and the downstream o2 sensor is after the converter.
On the Air tube intake halfway between air filter and intake!

I think there is more than two. Either way, they are located in the exhaust system. The pre-cat sensors are in the head pipes, just below the exhaust manifold, and then there will be one right behind the catalytic converter. You will need a 7/8 inch wrench or possibly a special O2 socket.
