You need a special tool designed just for that particular lock. If possible take the vehicle to your local tire sales/repair center. You could also read your vehicles owners manual. As this would have the info you need.

yes that is the expansion valve! there is a hissing sound from the restriction in it for a pressure drop thats what makes the a/c cold the hissing is normal

is it snowing if it is and this is a manual tranny try to leave it in gear one night and not ingage the e brake sounds like it is freezing up on you. snow can get in there and when you stop it freezes the brakes in place you could try and put some hot water on the rear brakes and see if it frees them up. hope this helps you

I dont know if you have solved this yet but check the bushings on the suspension or the arms. If one is worn or damaged it will cause the tire to bend outward or inward and cause the tires to wear uneven.
