SOURCE: HVAC fan motor always running

Do you have an "automatic" temperature adjustment, in other words can you select the temp of your A/C? If so, the switch that controls the temp change is the culprit...Dealer only fix...sorry!

SOURCE: air fuse under hood will that cause my air to blow

Hi, if the Compressor is running and you can see and hear the clutch on the front of it engage, the 30 amp fuse is good and not blown. Have someone in the drivers seat, in park, brake set turn the a/c on after the engine is already running. You stand there and watch while they turn it to full cooling. You should see and it the part on front of the compressor click and come on and stay on. If it does not come on, this is an indication that there is no freon in the unit. The pulley will turn with the belt, but the plate in front has to come on for it to pump. If it goes on and off cycles like that, its low on charge and is cycling on the low pressure switch. Check these things I have said and keep me posted. If it does cycle on and off, you can pick up a can of R-134A with hose and gauge at auto store and charge through the low side. If its out, it will take about 2-12oz. cans. Let me know how it goes. Please be kind when rating if I have been of help to you. I wish you the best!
Sincerely,

2004. Why is the blower motor not receiving power?

The blower motor relay in the auxiliary junction box under the hood is good ? All relays ? only one controls the blower motor ! The electronic automatic temperature control module turns it on by supplying a ground inside the module ! The 30 amp fuse for the blower motor is located in the under hood auxiliary junction box ! At the relay socket test for battery voltage at pins 30 an 86 ,power form 30amp fuse ! The other two pins 85 an 87 ,85 is circuit to the electronic temperature control module . You could test this part of the circuit too , with a test light or volt meter . But if no voltage to the blower motor ,could be the electronic temperature control module is bad ! Which fuse in the fuse box belongs to headlights in 2002 Ford Escape?

The fuse box is beside the battery under the hood. The fuses and what they relate to is marked under the lid of that fuse box. Use same size fuse if it needs replacing. If in doubt check all the 15 to 30 amp fuses.

30 amp fuse/ in box under hood

The 30 amp fuse is most likely for your starter. Check that the red thick wire (could be black as well) leading to the starter and starter solenoid is properly attached and is not touching anything that would short it out and therefore blow the 30 amp fuse. The short may even be inside the starter in which case it will need to be replaced or repaired. Hope this helps.
