SOURCE: blown head gasket on a 1986 4G54 engine, how do

You need to get a manual. Try the Haynes manual for your car. Try autozone; generally available for around $20. This is not the type of thing that can be covered here in enough detail to do you any good. You need pictures.

Please give me the correct tappet clearance of intake and exhaust valve of mitsubishi 4g54 with turbocharger

My initial sweep of the web gives Inlet 0.010 thou, Exhaust 0.008 thou.
You would need to check this because industry norm is to have the greater clearance on the exhaust valve because of the increased heat expansion.

I have just removed a head of a 1992 mitsubishi 6g72 pajero motor expecting to see a blown gasket ??

You are missing the cause, the next step is to PRESSURE TEST the head, a machine shop does that for you. Long story short, something, somewhere is damaged, keep investigating until you find it.
