Can't be done. All the safety items are controlled by the ECM.
If the ECM senses the car moving via the speed sensor, it will disable the nav. To disable the safety would be to disable the computer and the car will not run.

See that? Every once in a while I'm right!!! Reason is that the starter draws far more than anything else in the car. Lights and radio can easily be run by an otherwise ineffective battery, but when loaded (starter draws a bit less than 200amps), the battery will fall flat on its' face! When you jump it, the car is running off the alternator and seems to be OK, till you turn it off again.

Testimonial: "AWESOME, RIGHT IN THE MONE. SAVE ME $260.00 and a lot of headaches."
Most commonly it is the key is worn out. If you have a spare key or your current one is not too badly worn, have a copy of it made and try it in the switch. You will have to have the copy key "coded" so it will disable the anti-theft system in order for the engine to start. If the new key doesn't fix your problem, you will have to replace the tumbler assembly.

If anyone has this problem also where you start your Jeep and it dies in about 2 seconds and the key symbol lights up on your dash I can help. I had this problem yesterday after jumping the battery, I had the correct key but it wouldn't read it. I had a locksmith come out and if you take off the steering column plastic there's a small black module in the column behind the key switch. Unplug that module for 5 minutes and it will reset. My Jeep started up right after. You MUST have the correct key though, mine is gray not sure about other years.
