Question about 1994 Dodge Ram 3500
Dumb question but, did you check the trans fluid? A torque converter can hold 6 quarts of fluid or more and if the van has sat for an extended period of time the fluid drains from the converter and will come out of the vent tube causing a no movement issue

Testimonial: "That was the first thought, side-of-the-road when it first broke down. I checked the fluid, and it read a decent level, and then we added maybe 2 more quarts to it. I figured it would be fine.. When it sits, it is usually in my driveway which slopes forward, meaning the front end of the van is lower... could that affect the way the fluid had settled? I drove it about 15 miles before the problem kicked in the other day. That was the first time the van had shown any symptoms like this.."
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

turn the key to the on position a see if you can here a buzzing sound around the fuel tank,if you don't hear a sound then. (be very careful while doing this) with the key off take a fuel line coming from the tank loose, make sure its pointed away from you and turn the key to the on position, see if any gas comes out,if not then your fuel pump is probably bad.
