Should work, if it's also a 4.0 that came out. If it was a 4 cylinder then you will need a lot of parts and wiring harness for the swap like 4.0 shocks, motor mounts, transmission, drive shaft etc

I have a 2005 jgc laredo 4x4 3.7L The headlamps flash at random and when this happens the dash lights also flicker????

You have a problem with the ignition switch. The switch has been redesigned for that model. It shorts out for a split second your car is acually stalling out for a split second. Seen this alot have the ignition switch replace and your problem is solved if u need info on how to install I will walk u through it. Hope this help please rate.

95 jgc laredo spitting and sputtering , will not idle dies

You may want to check the Idle Air Control Valve (IAC). It is located on the back of the throttle body and very easy to change. You may have some luck just cleaning to see if it makes a difference and then you can buy a new one.
