I have a hairline crack on the plastic part of my radiator, on my 2002 jeep grand cherokee, the crack is where the upper hose connects, is there some kind of epoxy or anything that would seal it or do i need a new radiator?

First you have to determine the type of plastic it is. Some are manufactured using heat so they can be repaired with heat. Others are heat resistant because they were 2 part epoxies of a sort. If it was heated to manufacture it then you can hire a person who can do plastic welding (using rods of similar plastic material). No epoxies or glues ever work on plastic where water or pressure are concerned.

How do i remove radiator from my 2002 jeep grand cherokee overland 4.7 ho v8

On older jeeps, the upper radiator support is held by torx screws, T30, if I recall, but maybe T27.
Drain radiator, remove upper and lower hoses, disconnect transmission cooler lines, remove upper radiator support panel, and hood latch if necessary. Check for obstructions-radiator should be free to lift out. Funny that the radiator support and hood latch were both held by torx screws, but were different sizes.

I have a 99 grand cherokee wj. The upper radiator hose keeps leaking where it contacts the radiator. I have changed the upper hose two times and also replaced the clamps 4 times and I am still having this...

I suspect either the radiator neck has hairline crack. You can try product like "Bars Leak". It's a coolant stop leak that is fantastic. Not only is it a stop leak product but it's also a waterpump lube.

Where is the thermostat located?

Just follow the upper radiator hose to the engine top, the part where the hose connects, is the thermostat housing, need to remove it (usually 2 bolts), to access the thermostat. NEVER WORK ON COOLING SYSTEM WHEN ENGINE IS HOT.

Most teermostat are intalled at the upper portion of the cylinder head, (dischared side) just trace where the upper radiator hose is attached at the cylinder head side. there you can find the thermostat. Can you do it by yourself.

Leaking radiator fluid where lower hose connects w/core

Hi:

If you have a leak near the lower radiator connection that just started, it is either a failed hose, or possibly a radiator core leak that is dripping down to that area.
If you havent changed your radiator hoses for awhile, and they feel soft, it isn't a bad idea to change them both. If you drain your radiator to change the hoses, this would be a good time to inspect the radiator, and perhaps you will find the source of the leak.

Follow your upper radiator hose from the radiator to where it attaches to the engine. At the end of the hose, it is connected to the "water neck". You unbolt the water neck and the thermostat is under it.
