I need to know if thr bolt is right or left for removal of the ballancer?
It will be a normal RH thread but TREMENDOUSLY tight, and maybe with Loctite as well. You should use a powerful rattle gun (impact wrench) to get it off.

SOURCE: what is the thread size
it will be a metric thread thats for sure ,no doubt a 8mm fine thread ,unless its a pre 1972 when all bolts were standardised but although they had metric threads they still used AF spanner heads for a few years
