Look at the underside of the main fuse box under the hood and the diagram should show you the size of each fuse and the relays as well as the function of each. Other fuse boxes will also have the same information, but I believe the main fuse box has the ABS and cruise in it.
Usually this part is in a power box which is a mix of fuses and relays. Check your owners manual or go online for a diagram to replace this part.
You should see several similar Relays which control different functions. Some sites like Autozone.com offer free diagrams when you register your truck on their site. Toggle down the page and go to the Help sections and into sub headings.
The owner's manual will have a fuse box diagram for both fuse boxes. If you don't have the owner's manual a dealership will usually let you look at a diagram or possibly even print one off for you. There may also be a diagram on the fuse box itself or on the fuse box cover. There is also a horn relay that may be bad but that won't affect the cruise control. Please rate this answer, thanks.
The Fuse Diagram is located inside the cover for the Power Distribution Box and You can get The owners manual Online that also has a list of Fuse locations and Fuse amp ratings. Good Luck, Hope it Helps.
If you are looking for a wiring diagram for the fuse box then there are a couple of sources. Pickup a hayes or chilton repair manual from a local parts store or go online to ALLDATA. com. You will have to pay for the info online, but you can print it off. You can search for the wiring info online for free but I have had little success that way. If you are looking for fuse locations within the fuse box then try the owners manual in the glove box or buy a manual.
