The coil is located at the other end of the wire that is connected to the center post on the distributor cap. None of these parts are the cause of your fuel problem, though.

With a 2.7 liter engine it is located under the intake manifold on the left side of the motor mounted to the engine block. It can be seen through the driver's side wheel well.
