SOURCE: Where is the engine fusebox located on a 3.0 liter

There is a fuse box under the dash on the drivers side. You only have fuseable links under the hood. If one blows, you may be able to have someone solder in a new link.

SOURCE: I cant find the starter

Starter is located in the back of the engine attached to the transmission, it is held in with 2 bolts and 1 nut on a stud... disconnect the battery before you start or else you might get some good sparks... getting to it can be a real knuckle buster... good luck.

What's your problem?why does my 93 dodge shadow smoke so bad

Could be a worn engine or faulty PCV valve.
3.0 V6 engines were known for cylinder rings and block problems. No easy fix for that.

Tools needed to remove starter on 94 dodge spirit 3.0 liter V6

Regular socket wrench set, wrench set, screwdriver, etc.: REMOVAL & INSTALLATION Fig. 1: These three attaching bolts hold the starter motor to the engine/transaxle assembly - all models 86722051.gif
  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery cable. Raise and safely support the front of the vehicle on jackstands. Remove the engine undercovers, if so equipped.
  2. Remove the 3 bolts attaching the starter to the engine/transaxle. CAUTION
Be careful when removing the starter motor mounting bolts, the motor can be quite heavy. Personal injury could result if the starter motor falls from its mounting position.
  3. Remove the heat shield and its clamp, if so equipped.
  4. Remove the two electrical wire connector terminal nuts and remove the wiring connector from the starter.
  5. Remove the starter from the vehicle. To install:
  6. Clean all wire terminals of dirt, grease or corrosion.
  7. Attach the electrical wire connectors and secure with the mounting nuts. Tighten the starter solenoid B+ nut to 80 inch lbs. (9 Nm) and the solenoid wire-to-starter nut to 55 inch lbs. (6 Nm).
  8. Install the heat shield if one was removed.
  9. Hold the starter motor in place, then secure in place with the 3 attaching bolts. Tighten the bolts to 40 ft. lbs. (54 Nm) for all vehicles except Premier and Monaco. Tighten the attaching bolts to 20 ft. lbs. (27 Nm) for Premier and Monaco.
  10. Install any undercovers which were removed from the vehicle.
  11. Lower the vehicle.
  12. Connect the negative (-) battery cable. Fig. 2: After disconnecting the starter's electrical wiring, remove the 3 mounting bolts . . . 86722p15.jpg

Starter removal

I have given the step wise instructions for how to remove the starter:

1. Disconnect the cable from the negative battery terminal or the remote ground terminal.
2. Raise the vehicle and support it on jackstands.
3. Remove the engine protection cover from below the engine compartment.
4. Remove the air filter housing.
5. On vehicles equipped with automatic transaxles, remove the transmission control module (TCM) from its mounting and position it out of the way. Note: DO NOT disconnect the electirical connector from the TCM.
6. Remove the starter motor upper mounting bolt.
7. Clearly label and disconnect the wires from the terminals on the starter motor solenoid.
8. While supporting the starter motor, remove the lower mounting bolt and withdraw the starter motor from the vehicle.

Installation is the reverse of removal.
