Here is some extra information on replacing the Daewoo Lanos indicator / hazard lights relay. Open the driver door, on the side of the dashboard there is an access panel. Flip it open with a screwdriver. Now you can pull out a violet connector block. The relay is plugged into this block, it is green. You can just pull it out of the connector block and replace it by a new one. The part number is 96312545, and it has three pins, numbered 31, 49 and 49A. Other specifications: 12V 2/4x21W. It is made by Daewoo / DECO. The same type of relay is used in the Daewoo Matiz. I picked up a used relay from an old Matiz for 2 euros and the indicator/hazard lights work like a charm again. The whole replacement took about 2 minutes, but it took me days to get the used part. Probably other relays with these three pins will work too: google for "31 49 49A".
