How do I remove the ignition switch from a 1971 nova

Insert the key turn it to the run position without turing to the start. insert a paperclip or punch into the small hole either in the coulomb or near there a bouts then when you feel the pin depress pull out the ignition switch. if you could not find the pin turn it in the opposite direction. the auxiliary direction, but try the run direction first I think that is the correct direction. you may wish to disconnect the neg side of the battery first. Nice car is it a Supper Nova? SS? Supper Sport?

Where does the 5/8 heater hose hook up to on a 1972 nova and is it the pressure hose

They are both "pressure" hoses since the pump pushes the coolant through the system when the valve is opened. They will both go on to the heater core. One to the top, the other (return line) to the bottom. The upper one may have a control valve in line with it before it enters the core. The valve is operated by the heater controls and opens/closes to give you heat.

I have a problem with the wireing on a 1971 nova,i have no juice to the fuse box,no lights, dash lights ect. and no juice to the ignition switch,it is all dead

more than likely the power wire coming from the starter is bad, they have inline fusable links built into the power wires coming from the starter, make sure these are all hooked up and the links are not burnt. A service manual/haynes, etc will give you schematics and link locations
