I suspect either the ignition module or crank sensor, find someone with a OBD2 sensor to read your codes, that will tell you, you may be able to rent one from oriely's ot Autozone. good luck.

SOURCE: 92 toyota celica cranks does'nt start no spark at plugs 124,000 miles

SOunds like the timing belt has broke. To check you can take off distributor cap and turn over engine and see if the rotor turns. If not you have a busted timing belt. Please rate this a fixya if this helps. Thanks!!!

SOURCE: I have 1990 Celica GT 2200. no spark to plugs/power to fuel pump

need to change rotor and cap , and might as well change wires and spark plugs if its due for a tuneup! yeah have your ignition control module check if it doesn't start after replacing every thing else.

SOURCE: No spark when trying to start my 1992 Toyota

Remove the distributor cap and see if you see a rust colored dust inside. If so, the the distributor is bad and needs to be replaced. The igniter in the distributor is not working properly

SOURCE: no spark at sparkplugs on 92 toyota gt celica

You'll need to investigate your cars electronics. This could lye at the coil or perhaps in a sensor. Also no sprark at plugs or at coil? If you have it at the coil but none at the plugs your rotor and distributor need replacement. If not the case I'd pick-up a manual , say Chiton's, on your car which will assist you on how to check your electronics and narrow down to where the problem lyes.
I hope this may have helped,
Tom

SOURCE: just put a new engne in my 2000 toyota celica gt.

If you have spark than your fuel pump should turn on for a couple seconds prior to cranking the ignition. Try turning the key to the on position without cranking and listen for the pump. You should hear a two second run by the pump. Be in a very quiet place to do this as it is not very loud. Or have someone listen by the fuel filler door with the cap out.

You might want to check your fuel pump relay for power as well. Maybe it is bumped or damaged fromt he engine swap? It should be up front with a bunch of other relays. Wouldnt it be funny if they took it out to make sure the engine wasnt cranked prematurely?!

Good luck and be careful.
